Your financial institution may impose receiving fees beyond our control.

Participation in any bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms") applicable to that particular offer. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploitation of software errors or game malfunctions for profit; collusion or coordination with other Users to gain unfair advantage; use of VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions or mask your true location; any form of fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive conduct.

Users must not engage in any behavior that disrupts the Services or harms other Users. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward other Users or daun32 staff; attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of our platform; money laundering or using daun32 Services for any illegal purpose; providing Services access to underage individuals or assisting others in violating these Terms.
While daun32 strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to our Services, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. daun32 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability, including inability to place bets, interrupted gaming sessions, or delayed transactions.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. daun32 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content, game outcomes, odds, or other information provided through the Services. You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk of financial loss and agree that you participate entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, daun32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
daun32 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your Account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, access games, or request withdrawals. daun32 may terminate your Account and these Terms at any time for material breach, including but not limited to: providing false or misleading information during registration; creating multiple accounts; engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity; violating responsible gaming policies; failure to complete KYC verification; becoming subject to legal prohibition from gaming. Upon termination, any remaining legitimate balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to daun32.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to completion of all wagering requirements and KYC verification. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
